Maxon’s newest planetary gearheads are sterilisable, fast and powerful
Available in 16mm and 22mm diameter, maxon GPX planetary gearheads are offered to withstand up to 2,000 autoclave cycles (sterilisable) and are just as reliable as the DC motors they are paired with. Per-fectly complementing maxon’s newest range of DC motors, the ECX range, these motors have the ability to reach speeds up to 120,000 rpm emitting little-to-no heat and very little vibration. The ECX is available in ceramic, high-power, standard or sterilisable versions. The GPX gearhead can deliver the necessary power needed for applications in the medical, dental, food technology or laboratory sectors.
